Oklahoma City Museum of Art - For the exhibition, New York-based Peters has created sculptural installations specifically for presentation in the Museum's galleries. The physicality of Peters' work is reinforced by a large-scale presence and use of ready-made objects.

When a baker and his wife learn they’ve been cursed with childlessness by the Witch next door, they embark on a quest for the special objects required to break the spell, swindling, lying to and stealing from Cinderella, Little Red Ridinghood, Rapunzel and Jack (of the beanstalk fame). Everyone’s wish is granted but the consequences of their actions return to haunt them later, with heart breaking results.
