Central Oklahoma’s Event Calendar March 2018

The following is a truncated list of events occurring in Central Oklahoma Frontier Country.

CENTRAL OKLAHOMA – March 9 – 12, the three-day NCAA Division I Softball Tournament, OSU Hall of Fame Classic, takes place at the USA Hall of Fame Complex.
Hosted by Oklahoma State University, other teams include Purdue, Drake, Connecticut, Saint Francis University and Pacific. Tickets will be available at the USA Softball Hall of Fame Complex box office every day during the event. For the complete game schedule and more information, visit USA USA Softball will also be hosting a grassroots youth Fastpitch event during this tournament.

Local live music, food trucks and pop up shops will line downtown Edmond for Citizen’s Bank of Edmond Heard on Hurd. From 6 – 10 p.m. on March 17, celebrate St. Patrick’s Day between Main and Hurd. For more information, visit

Travel to Yukon to have a “taste” of Yukon’s Best at Taste of Yukon on March 22.  Over 20 local restaurants will be on hand to offer up a sampling of their best.  From BBQ to Pasta to Chocolate, there is something for everyone to fill their appetites.  Admission is $15 in advance or $17 day of for adults.  Children 10 & under are $10 in advance or $12 day of for children. Don’t miss out on this month’s events at the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History. March 5 is Free First Monday for Kids, enjoy complimentary admission to the museum for children 17 and under ever first Monday of each month.
