Frontier Country Marketing Meeting Focuses on Marketing to the Hispanic Demographic

OKLAHOMA CITY-   Frontier Country Marketing Association will hold its monthly "Hour With an Expert" marketing meeting 10 a.m. Feb. 19 at the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History at 2401 N. Chautauqua Ave. in Norman to discuss marketing to the Hispanic population of Oklahoma City and surrounding areas.

            Jake Fisher, general sales manager for KTUZ-FM / La Zeta 106.7, will be the guest speaker. La Zeta is the dominant Hispanic media outlet in the Oklahoma City market with 11 years helping companies market to the Oklahoma City Hispanic demographic. Fisher will give important tips including demographic information, which types of media work best and tactics for businesses to consider while implementing new approaches and strategies to reach this market.

           "This is a great time for our membership as well as guests to come out and learn more about the fastest growing travel market," said Sherri Rogers executive director of Frontier Country Marketing Association. "We need to better understand their needs and how this demographic makes their travel and activity decisions."
