Frontier Country Announces the Oklahoma Wine Walk
Frontier Country Marketing Association, representing the 12 central counties of Oklahoma known as Frontier Country, will host the inaugural Oklahoma Wine Walk, Nov. 2 at Brookhaven Village in Norman.
The Oklahoma Wine Walk will feature wineries from across the state set up underneath tents in a festival-type atmosphere. From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., patrons can taste delicious selections from Oklahoma wineries, listen to live music from Oklahoma entertainers and stroll through outdoor booths featuring genuine wine collectibles and made-in-Oklahoma products.
“We are proud to announce the first Oklahoma Wine Walk and excited to give visitors a taste of wines made right here in Oklahoma,” said Sherri Rogers, Executive Director of Frontier Country Marketing Association. “Fall is a great time in Oklahoma and we hope the Oklahoma Wine Walk will be a place for everyone to enjoy wine, music, food and fun for years to come.”
Tickets are now available for purchase. Regular entry tickets are $20 if purchased in advance or $25.00 the day of the event. Regular entry tickets include 12 tasting tickets and a commemorative stem-less wine glass. VIP entry tickets are $50 and are only available for pre-purchase. VIP entry tickets include 12 tasting tickets, commemorative stem-less wine glass, 1 ticket for a full glass of wine and entry into VIP tent area featuring reserved seating and hors d’oeuvres. Group rates are available for groups of 10 or more.
