2013 Trips on a Tank Full Campaign Kick Off - Central Oklahoma Frontier Country

2013 Trips on a Tank Full Campaign Kick Off

Posted by Katie Puckett on 03/01/2013

Our popular Trips on a Tank Full coupon brochure is back just in time for spring break! To kick things off, we are giving away five fun spring break getaways in central Oklahoma!

The 2013 Trips on a Tank Full campaign will kick off Monday, March 11 in Guthrie and continue through March 15 in various cities of Frontier Country, like Edmond, Seminole, Chickasha and Yukon.

Here's how it works: We will leave a suitcase at one attraction or location in each of these cities. The suitcases are filled with attraction tickets, a hotel stay and other items essential for a fun spring break in central Oklahoma. A photo clue to find the suitcases will be given each day around 1 p.m. on our Facebook page at facebook.com/FrontierCountry.

One suitcase will be hidden in a mystery location in the following cities during the week of March 11-15:
Monday, March 11 in Guthrie
Tuesday, March 12 in Edmond
Wednesday, March 13 in Seminole
Thursday, March 14 in Chickasha
Friday, March 15 in Yukon

We will also be at the mystery location each day handing out the free Trips on a Tank Full coupon brochure from 1 to 3 p.m.

The free Trips on a Tank Full coupon brochure offers special discounts to tourist attractions, restaurants and hotels around the 12 central counties of Oklahoma, known as Frontier Country. Coupons offered in the free Trips on a Tank Full brochure include discounts at attractions such as Frontier City, White Water Bay, National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum, Andy Alligator’s Fun Park, Gaylord-Pickens Oklahoma Heritage Museum,  Jasmine Moran Children’s Museum and more.

To participate in the 2013 Trips on a Tank Full campaign and follow the clues about where to find the suitcases hidden throughout central Oklahoma, visit facebook.com/FrontierCountry. The free 2013 Trips on a Tank Full coupon brochure is also available for request on our literature page at oktourism.com or by calling (405) 232-6552.

Good luck and have fun!
