The following is a truncated list of events occurring in Frontier Country:

CENTRAL OKLAHOMA - Journey to an age of kings, queens and knights in shining armor as the kingdom comes alive at the Medieval Fair in Norman April 3-5 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. Experience the Middle Ages with six stages of continuous performances, more than 35 food vendors and more than 200 art and craft booths. For more information visit www.medievalfair.org.

Every Friday and Saturday starting April 17 take a Sunset River Cruise along the Oklahoma River. You'll experience a relaxing journey, picturesque sunsets and mouth-watering appetizers while aboard a beautiful climate-controlled cruiser. Visit www.okrivercruises.com for more information.

Check out Off the Wall at the Mabee-Gerrer Museum of Art in Shawnee April 17 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Tickets to the event are $50, which includes one random drawing ticket for artwork on the wall and admission for two for hors d'oeuvres, desserts and drinks.  Each time a ticket is drawn, a name is called and that person will have just 30 seconds to choose a piece of artwork off the wall.
