Downtown Guthrie

Stroll downtown Guthrie and sample the many antique shops, galleries, eateries and museums. A National Historic Landmark area, this “Queen of the Prairie” was born of the excitement of Oklahoma’s 1889 Land Run.

Guthrie is Oklahoma's Bed & Breakfast Capital. Take historic trolley tours, explore several museums, like the Oklahoma Territorial Museum, Oklahoma Publishing Museum and the Frontier Drugstore Museum, and the  and enjoy six annual festivals, such as the Territorial Christmas Celebration (December), 89er Celebration (April), Guthrie Art Walk, Oklahoma International Bluegrass Festival (October), and the Art and Wine Festival (October).
